Mailing Procedure: 1. Books arrive from the warehouse or printer. An 'arrival' email is sent to publicity confirming quantity, format and price. 2. Labels and press releases can be collected in advance of the books arriving or when ready. 3. The mailing is then packed and despatched within 24 hours. A 'dispatch' email is sent to the relevant publicist, confirming quantity dispatched and details of any remaining copies for return. 4. London media addresses are delivered by Parallel.net. 5. Regional and international post is despatched immediately via Royal Mail or other 3rd party contracts. 6. Any remaining copies are returned to publicity or warehouse as requested.
